Withdrawals are processed without manual delays. Select your payment method, enter the amount, and confirm. We process the withdrawal; your payment provider then settles the funds to your account. E-wallet withdrawals typically settle within hours; bank transfers take one to two business days. We do not charge withdrawal fees.
If a withdrawal is declined by your payment provider (e.g., incorrect account details, account closure), we credit the funds back to your bintang balance. You can then correct the issue and request a new withdrawal.
Bonus terms on bintang
We may offer deposit bonuses or promotional credits from time to time. Any bonus is subject to conditions we publish at the time of offer—typically a playthrough requirement (the amount you must stake before you can withdraw bonus funds) and game restrictions (which games count toward playthrough).
